A visual arts graduate from School of the Arts (SOTA) and a graduate of BA (Hons) Industrial Design. 

 

I take an explorative approach towards design, and I am interested in the influence of poetics and psychology in design work. Although I am an industrial designer, I'd much rather label myself as an experience designer. Rather than taking on a purely functional and product-oriented approach, I also see design as a way to create and share emotional experiences. In my works, I like to study and re-interpret everyday objects and experiences to create thought-provoking works that challenge the ordinary.
